Tasting Australia presents the Adelaide Hills Harvest Long Dinner — a 7-course celebration of the region’s best food, wine and producers.
Guests will enjoy dishes spotlighting Woodside Cheese Wrights, Porter’s Biodynamic Mushrooms and Melba’s Chocolates, complemented by thoughtfully paired wines from Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard. Together, each element creates a journey through the Adelaide Hills — celebrating the passion, innovation and authenticity of South Australian craftsmanship.
Throughout the evening, you’ll hear directly from the people behind the produce. Tom Foristal from Melba’s Chocolates will be in attendance as a guest speaker, sharing the story behind one of South Australia’s most iconic brands, alongside Garry Sweeney & Sharon Pearson, Owners of Mount Lofty Ranges Vineyards offering insight into their winemaking and the character of the region.
